Terms & Conditions:

You can customize all of our suggested packages.

Please inform us at least 2 weeks before the event takes place.

50% payment is must in advance (at least 1 week before the event) and rest 50% is on the event date.

We accept payment in cash or cheque & online transfer.

Advanced payment is not refundable in any circumstance. But if we have to cancel for any reason, we will inform you earlier & refund the payment.

Photographer will work only at the event venue.

Duration can be negotiated depending on special circumstances and availability.

Hourly rate for extra hours in an event is 1,000/- for 1 photographer & 1,500/- for 1 Cinematographer for 1 extra hour.

After 11.00 pm client should provide transport for the Photographers.

For outside Khulna or Dhaka, client must provide transport & accommodation cost.

Delivery can be late due to any emergency case.

Client can collect RAW copy anytime after completing full payment.

We retain copyrights to all the images and will use some of the images on our website and also for promoting our work in magazines and exhibitions.
